Council has received an application to lease a 18.1 sqm area of road reserve adjoining 9 Raglan Street under Section 153 of the NSW Roads Act 1993 for 5 year term.
The purpose of the lease is to use part of the constructed concrete driveway as a car parking space due to lack of appropriate on-site parking at the property and to reduce the demand for limited on-street parking in the area.
No works are proposed on the site - photos and plans are attached in the Documents panel.
Consultation closes on Monday 20 May 2024.
