Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section 153 of the Roads Act 1993, Council proposes to renew the following leases, without amendment, for a further five year period:

  • 1 James Street (Grecia Lane)
  • 1 Stanley Avenue

Plans of the areas occupied are attached in the documents panel.

Submissions can be made via the feedback form below and will be accepted until Thursday 1 December 2022.
