Consultation has concluded

Council has received an application for consent to occupy part of Council's road reserve with part of an off-street car parking space and landscaping at both of the properties 41 and 43 Hale Road, Mosman. The size of each area to be occupied is approximately 8.6m2 and 10.4m2 respectively.

The parking spaces would be located partially on the road reserve but predominately on the private properties to form a separate off-street parking space at both properties. The portion of road reserve proposed to be occupied is currently occupied with landscaping, turf and concrete paths.

Council welcomes your comments on the proposal by Monday 28 November 2022.
